Submitting a bill to insurance

A superbill is a detailed receipt provided by your healthcare provider that you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement when you pay out of pocket for services.

While reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by policy, submitting a superbill allows you the possibility of recovering a portion of your costs if your plan covers out-of-network services.

Payment information

A deposit is required to make an appointment, and it will be deducted from your end total.

We accept the following payment methods: cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, HSA, and FSA.

Cancellations

We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of $75.

No shows

If you fail to attend your appointment without providing notice, it will be considered a "no show."

If you accumulate 3 consecutive no-shows, we will regrettably have to discharge you from services

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment without notification, we may not be able to accommodate the full session, and the appointment may be rescheduled or treated as a no-show at the discretion of your provider.
